This privacy policy explains the types of personal data I, Robert Marcus Klump, may collect about you.
How I collect and process your personal data
My website collects a series of general data and information. This general data and information are stored in the server log files. Collected may be (1) the browser types and versions used, (2) the operating system used by the accessing system, (3) the website from which an accessing system reaches my website (so-called referrers), (4) the sub-websites, (5) the date and time of access to the Internet site, (6) an Internet protocol address (IP address), (7) the Internet service provider of the accessing system, and (8) any other similar data and information that may be used in the event of attacks on the IT systems.
When using these general data and information, I do not draw any conclusions about you. Rather, this information is needed to (1) deliver the content of my website correctly, (2) optimize the content of my website as well as its advertisement, (3) ensure the long-term viability of my IT systems and website technology, and (4) provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for criminal prosecution in case of a cyber-attack. Therefore, my website analyzes anonymously collected data and information statistically, with the aim of increasing the data protection and data security and to ensure an optimal level of protection for the personal data I process. The anonymous data of the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by you.
Contact
If you contact me via e-mail or via contact form, the personal data you transmit on a voluntary basis is automatically stored for the purpose of getting back to you. There is no transfer of this personal data to third parties.
Blog
My website offers you the possibility to leave individual comments on individual blog contributions. If you do so, your comments are stored and published as well as information on the date of the commentary and on the name or pseudonym chosen by you. In addition, the IP address assigned by the Internet service provider (ISP) to you is also logged. This storage of the IP address takes place for security reasons and in case you violate the rights of third parties or post illegal content through a given comment. Therefore, the storage of these personal data is in my own interest so that I can exculpate in the event of an infringement. This collected personal data will not be passed to third parties, unless such a transfer is required by law or serves the aim of my defense.
How long your data is stored
I process and store your personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of storage, or as far as this is granted by the European or Austrian legislator.
If the storage purpose is not applicable, or if a storage period prescribed by the European or Austrian legislator expires, I erase your personal data in accordance with legal requirements.
Cookies
This website uses cookies to deliver its services and analyze traffic. Your IP address and user-agent are shared with Google along with performance and security metrics to ensure quality of service, generate usage statistics, and to detect and address abuse.
Facebook Insights
If you visit my Facebook fanpage, Facebook collects personal data about you. Some of the information recorded by Facebook is used to provide me with statistical information on the use of the fanpage via “Facebook Insights”. Facebook provides further information on this under the following link: http://de-de.facebook.com/help/pages/insights. Operators of Facebook fanpages receive this statistical information entirely anonymised. Anyways the European Court of Justice has decided that the operator of a Facebook fanpage is jointly responsible for the data collections carried out by Facebook. Since I use “Facebook Insights” in order to statistically analyse the use of the fanpage, I use your (as mentioned: previously anonymised) personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest and thus in accordance with Art. 6, paragraph 1.1(f) of the GDPR.
